Recovery Resources as they present to you the first annual Polar Plunge benefit project to help raise money for the Living Recovery Program. Recovery Resources works to empower our communities to THRIVE beyond addiction and provides its services for Treatment Access, Recovery Navigation, Peer Support, Recovery Living, Support for Loved Ones, and Recovery Groups. Join us Saturday, February 18, 2023 2pm-5pm here on the banks of the Nolichucky River as participants take the plunge in these cold winter waters.

- Live Music, mix, and mingle afterparty to follow

Hot Drinks and Hot Soup will be provided, along with the comfort of warm fires and live music from local artist, Luke Brogden. We’ll be sure to have our hot rock sauna cooking for the brave plungers to enjoy after their frosty dip!
*This event is a recovery event for those who struggle with addiction and participate in active recovery. We ask that you please respect this space by maintaining the private use of alcohol during the hours of this event (2pm-5pm) or by consuming at your booked lodging unit, campsite, or communal spaces outside of the event area. Solo cups will be provided for those who choose to indulge and we ask that you please respect the opinions of others and help to create a welcoming environment for ALL!
